We are an authorised replacement iPod battery installer for the Monmouthshire area. Once you have purchased your replacement battery from us you can either opt to install it yourself, or have us install it for you.

If you would like us to perform the installation, you can either bring your player in to our service centre in Caldicot or contact us to arrange to post it in. When we receive your iPod it will be inspected and tested, if everything is ok a qualified engineer will then install your new battery and your iPod will be tested again. Once installation is complete you will either be contacted to arrange collection, or your iPod will be returned to you via City Link. For all installations we will aim for a 2 - 3 day turnaround although walk in customers may be able to receive same day service.
